BMS100 is one of the main modules in the modular battery monitoring system - the 12V battery pack communication management module, which mainly reads data from the battery monitoring module and uploads it to the remote monitoring platform.
(1) Adopting advanced internal resistance detection technology-Small signal pulse communication method, real-time monitoring and analysis of the trend of internal resistance changes in batteries, predicting outdated batteries in battery packs;
(2) High security. Equipped with multiple protections such as power isolation, optocoupler isolation, and fuse protection, it does not affect the operation of the battery pack;
(3) Real time collection of voltage, internal resistance, temperature, and total current of each battery cell;
(4) The battery monitoring module address has an automatic allocation function, making debugging "foolproof" and simple and practical;
(5) Reserve one analog acquisition channel, connected to 4-20mA sensor signals, for detecting environmental temperature, mains voltage and other parameters;
(6) Dual watchdog design with self recovery function and strong stability;
(7) Provide early prediction of the operating status of the battery pack, and provide reliable basis for battery maintenance or replacement;
(8) The circuit port has EMC design and strong anti electromagnetic interference capability, especially for high-frequency UPS battery packs, which can achieve high measurement accuracy;
(9) Provide RS485 communication port to achieve remote monitoring function and facilitate access to third-party company application systems.
